By plane:
The closest airport is Billund Airport which has a lot of international connections.
You can book our pick-up service from Billund Airport directly to the BGI Academy when you book your ticket for the camp.
By train:
Take the train to Horsens with DSB
DSB.dk
By bus:
Take the bus from Horsens bus station (just outside Horsens train station) to the BGI akademiet.
Summer Dancecamp takes place at BGI Academy in Denmark, approximately 45 minutes from Billund Airport and close to Horsens Train Station.
To make travelling easier for our international guests, we offer scheduled shuttle transfers between:
- Billund Airport ⇄ BGI Academy
- Horsens Train Station ⇄ BGI Academy
The shuttle schedule is coordinated with the main camp arrival and departure times and can be found below.
Please note that we do not offer shuttle service from Copenhagen Airport. Guests arriving in Copenhagen are kindly advised to continue to BGI by domestic transport such as train, bus, or taxi.
Shuttle transfers can be booked together with your camp registration, or later as an add-on by selecting “Only Add-Ons”.
If the scheduled shuttle times do not fit your travel plans, we recommend arranging alternative transportation directly to BGI Academy.
