A few weeks before the event, all registered participants will receive a practical information guide covering check-in, accommodation, schedules and other useful details.

Travelling from Outside Europe?
Depending on your nationality, you may need a visa to enter Denmark. Please check the entry requirements well in advance of your trip.
Registered participants who require a visa can request an official invitation letter from Dancecamps to support their application.

The email must include your passport number and full name as it is written in your passport; and the date of your arrival and departure.
Please send your email as soon as possible to ensure sufficient time for your visa application.
We will then send you an official invitation as soon as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
Both events take place at BGI Academy in Denmark. The campus hosts the dance activities and offers accommodation, dining and other facilities within walking distance.
A few weeks before the event, registered participants will receive a practical information guide with details about arrival, check-in, schedules and other useful information.
Yes. When booking accommodation at BGI Academy, you can submit roommate requests and other preferences. We do our best to accommodate these, but room assignments depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. Pre-booked shuttle services are available between BGI Academy and Billund Airport or Horsens Train Station on selected days. Shuttle services must be booked in advance and are subject to the published timetable.
No. Hotel Vejlefjord is approximately 15 km from BGI Academy, and guests are responsible for their own transportation between the two locations. We recommend having access to a car.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check the official Danish entry requirements before travelling. Registered participants can request an invitation letter from Dancecamps if needed.
