Trainer Camp
For trainers joining Summer DanceCamp for professional development, inspiration and training.
Two rates are available depending on whether you attend with dancer

Parent Camp

For parents and company travelling with a dancer, including grandparents, children/siblings not joining the camp as dancers themselves..
Parent Camp is required when booking accommodation and meals through Dancecamps, whether or not you plan to watch the dance programme.

No. You are welcome to arrange your own accommodation and meals. However, if you choose to stay at BGI Academy, purchasing the meal package is mandatory.
BGI Academy offers simple, hostel-style accommodation in shared rooms for 2–4 people with shared bathroom facilities. This is school-style accommodation, not a hotel.
If you prefer a private room and bathroom, we recommend Hotel Vejlefjord.
Yes. If you can only attend two days or fewer, you may be eligible for a reduced camp fee.
Please contact our administration before registering to discuss your options and receive guidance on booking.
Reduced rates must be agreed upon in advance. We cannot adjust or refund the camp fee after registration.
All accommodation prices are per person. The double room rate requires two people to book and share the room, with each person paying the listed price.

Dinner is available to pre-book for both 3 and 4 July, while lunch during Summer DanceCup on 4 July can be purchased directly from the kiosk.
A late-night arrival snack package is also available as an optional extra.
