All camp activities will take place from the 6.-10. Of July.

With a Camp for Dancers ticket, you get access to participate in 20 group workshops, 4 warm up sessions, 6 lectures and 3 evening practices, and get a free Summer Dancecamp t-shirt. Find more information about the camp schedule here.

Please note prices depend on the date of registration. You can secure your camp price by registering and paying the deposit of 133 EUR / 1.000 DKK. Paying the remaining amount upon arrival, will not impact your final camp price.

The group program includes 20 group workshops, 4 warm up sessions, 6 lectures, 3 evening practices and 3 trainers only workshops, and get a free Summer Dancecamp t-shirt. If you purchase the meal package, you also get to join our VIP Dinner on Wednesday evening for trainers only.

At the camp venue, BGI Akademiet, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner and three snacks from the 6.-9. of July, and breakfast the 10. of July.

We offer accommodation at BGI Akademiet (Hostel Level) or Hotel Vejlefjord (4-Star Deluxe Hotel). Prices therefore depend on your accommodation level.

For a convenient and value-for-money accommodation, we recommend the BGI Akademiet Accommodation as our standard package.

BGI Akademiet

From the 5.-10. of July.

Hostel level accommodation with 2-6 people bedrooms in houses with 5-8 rooms and shared bathroom.

Check in from 15.00. Please consult our specific check on time slots approximately 1 week before the camp.
Check out no later than 10.00.

If you have any special requests or requirements for your accommodation, please make sure to state this clearly during the registration process, to allow us to meet your requests as best as possible.

At the camp venue, so you can skip the trouble with transportation to and from your accommodation site and camp site.

The purchase includes rental of the BGI sleeping package, which includes pillow, duvet, bedlinen, sheets and towels. If you bring your own, you can de-select this rental during the registration process with a price reduction of 10 EUR / 75 DKK.

Hotel Vejlefjord

From the 5.-10. of July.

4-Star Deluxe Hotel.
Check in from 14.00.
Check out no later than 10.00.

If you have any special requests or requirements for your accommodation, please make sure to state this clearly during the registration process, to allow us to meet your requests as best as possible.

15 kilometers from the camp venue. Transportation between the Hotel and the camp venue will be at your own expense and courtesy.

Our shuttle services are organized on a list of settled times during the major arrival and departure dates, which are displayed here.

If our scheduled pick-up services do not accommodate to your arrival and/or departure times, we kindly suggest that you take a train, bus, or taxi to BGI Akademiet.

Please note that our both way shuttle rates require that both shuttles are booked during the same purchase.
